Terms & Conditions — ntc11

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

To register and use the ntc11 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. ntc11 enforces a strict 21+ policy in accordance with responsible gaming best practice applicable to the Indonesian market.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of ntc11 or any of its affiliated entities, game studios, or payment processing partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the ntc11 platform or any related platform operated by ntc11's affiliated entities.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.

ntc11 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each Member may hold one (1) active account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, IP addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your national identity card (KTP or equivalent), a valid email address, a valid Indonesian mobile number, and a date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify ntc11 promptly of any changes via our 24/7 support team.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. ntc11 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login details. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must contact ntc11 support immediately via the on-site live chat.

ntc11 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

Before processing any withdrawal, ntc11 requires all Members to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process is designed to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. The KYC process typically requires submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Indonesian KTP, SIM, or passport).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past three months confirming your registered address in Indonesia.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence of ownership of the bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, or OCBC NISP) or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) used to deposit funds.

All KYC documents must be legible, unaltered, and submitted in the formats accepted by the ntc11 verification team. ntc11 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving a complete document set. Incomplete submissions may extend this timeline.

ntc11 treats all KYC documents with strict confidentiality in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification and regulatory compliance purposes and are not shared with third parties except where required by applicable law.

5.1 Deposits. All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account or card belongs to a person other than the registered Member — are strictly prohibited and will result in a refund and potential account suspension. Accepted deposit methods include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to system availability. Withdrawals will only be released to fully KYC-verified accounts. ntc11 targets a processing time of under three (3) minutes for standard withdrawal requests from verified accounts, though processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or if additional verification is required. ntc11 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

5.4 Currency. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ntc11 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are applied by the Platform.

5.5 Transaction Limits. Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Member's account dashboard. These limits exist to promote responsible gaming and may be adjusted upon request, subject to ntc11's review procedures.

ntc11 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free-game credits. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Each promotion is available to eligible Members for a specified validity period only. Promotions that have expired cannot be claimed retroactively.
• Bonus credit and any winnings generated from bonus credit are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement, which must be met in full before any withdrawal can be processed. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the timeframe stated in the promotion's terms. Failure to meet requirements within the validity window will result in the automatic removal of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• ntc11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such change will not affect bonuses already claimed and in the process of being wagered at the time of the change.
• Bonuses may only be used by the registered account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• ntc11 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus — and void any winnings derived from it — where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or use of a third party's funds to meet wagering requirements.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Member, per household address, and per device/IP address.

7.1 Sportsbook. All sports bets are accepted subject to the specific rules for each sport and market as published in the ntc11 sportsbook section. In the event of a dispute regarding the result of a sporting event, ntc11's decision — based on official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI, BWF, MotoGP) — shall be final.

7.2 Live Betting. In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of ntc11 and may be suspended or refused at any time during an event. Any bets placed after the conclusion of the event, or after a decisive outcome has been determined, will be voided.

7.3 Casino Games. All casino games, including live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and slot titles, are governed by the individual game rules provided by the respective game studio (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe). In the event of a technical malfunction, all bets associated with the affected round will be voided and stakes returned.

7.4 Togel. Togel draws follow official published draw schedules. ntc11 accepts no responsibility for delays to draw results caused by the draw operator. Results are final once officially published by the relevant draw authority.

7.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet and may be adjusted at ntc11's discretion to manage risk.

7.6 Voided Bets. ntc11 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours, or where odds were published in error due to a technical or human error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Member's account balance in full.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ntc11 platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access account features, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from known exploits are subject to forfeiture.
• Collusion with other Members to manipulate game outcomes or bonus conditions.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that facilitates illegal financial activity.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts, or assisting another individual in creating an account on their behalf.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other Members without authorization.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome and in contravention of ntc11's bonus and promotion terms.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology to disguise your true location or circumvent geographic access controls.

ntc11 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We actively encourage all Members to set personal limits and make use of the self-management tools available within the account dashboard. These tools include deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, session time alerts, reality-check notifications, cooling-off periods (ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks), and permanent self-exclusion.

ntc11 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy and takes all reasonable steps to prevent access by minors. Any Member found to be under 21 years of age will have their account permanently closed and any winnings voided.

All content on the ntc11 platform — including but not limited to the ntc11 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and any other materials — is the exclusive property of ntc11 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit Members to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of ntc11.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ntc11 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own betting or gaming decisions.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond ntc11's reasonable control (including force majeure events).
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Inaccuracy of odds, scores, or results data provided by third-party data feeds.
• Losses arising from reliance on any information, content, or advice published on the Platform, including betting tips and promotional communications.

In any event, ntc11's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ntc11 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ntc11 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

ntc11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ntc11 will notify Members via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to initiate account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ntc11's international operating jurisdiction. ntc11 operates under an internationally recognised online gaming licence framework and is committed to fair, transparent, and independently audited operations.
